"Anything you do is always a hassle! Make sure for something as simple as a rental car you have a couple hours. Dealing with a no deductible glass claim has already cost me four hours of time. The used to have Robin who was excellent or I would award no stars. They can’t ever help you with anything but taking your money. Looking for new insurance asap. The customer service here is sub standard. Unenthusiastic and never ready to help Chris is lazy!"
