"Before choosing this agency, I called around to other ones and their prices weren’t good, some never picked up the phone, etc. But I was able to talk to Anna right away, she was kind, friendly and very helpful. She helped get me all set up with both car and renter’s insurance, which saved me money with their discounts. Any questions I’ve had, she’s answered right away and made everything very clear. I’ve been very impressed with both State Farm, as well as this specific location."

"Anything you do is always a hassle! Make sure for something as simple as a rental car you have a couple hours. Dealing with a no deductible glass claim has already cost me four hours of time. The used to have Robin who was excellent or I would award no stars. They can’t ever help you with anything but taking your money. Looking for new insurance asap. The customer service here is sub standard. Unenthusiastic and never ready to help Chris is lazy!"

"They have been so great getting our new policy up and going quickly and easily. I love how personable, available and easy talking to agents is. There are no big phone systems to work through. Just people. Premiums are very reasonable. And even though my policy is changing states, the claim that occured during my move (a moving cart hit another car!) is totally covered as though I was still with my former State Farm agent. My premiums don't even change because I have been claim free for so long! Love State Farm and love my new agent Chris in Brian Wages office."
